Return & Refund Policy

At D'Orina Jewellery, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be eligible for return.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
